Introducing: Bluemint

"At BlueMint we believe that swimwear should be able to take you from beach to bar, to follow the good times wherever they may take you. Shorts should be tailored enough to be worn at lunch and be made from material of such quality that they’re elegant enough for the most lavish of pool parties. They should fit into any occasion and be as enduring as a good friendship or a classic summer song."

Are you one of those dudes that still wears board-shorts to the beach? Let´s face it. We are not 15 year old kids anymore. It´s time to update our swimwear and not embarrass the ones next to us.

Bluemint is elegant yet young, durable yet affordable, comfortable but modern. Made in italian fabrics with patterns; drawstrings with custom-shaped metal cord ends, these swim shorts are made to be used all day.

I sure can and I know that I´ll be using my camo shorts [Arthur] a lot this Summer. A special thanks to my friend Tules Yegin and to the other guys behind Bluemint.

New York City by me

So, New York City... It was my first time in the Big Apple and I must admit that it was hard getting on the plane to come back home.
New York is one of those places that makes you feel antagonic, or at least, that´s how it made me feel.
I felt small yet enormous.
I felt overwhelmed yet at peace.
I felt ecstatic upon my arrival yet saddened when I had to leave...

But well, enough of my lack of philosophy skills.

I loved New York´s uproar! The lack of sleep was easily clogged by the sheer enthusiasm of being among Manhattan´s crew. I appreciated every single moment in which I was surrounded by the big city´s architecture, design, diversity and raw energy.

I would also want to leave a special "Thank You" to all the friendlies New Yorkers that had to put with me and my little map. Specially, to the ones that came to me offering their help [they most have seen a little Portuguese looking undoubtedly lost].

Now, here´s the photographic record. Hope you enjoy.
